Time Capsules, 2008
Series of 4 digital prints, 20" x 24"
Each of these photos reassembles the contents of an existing time capsule, either one that is currently buried underground or has been uncovered. The descriptions of the capsules were found by searching through newspapers online--many articles described the contents of capsules in their entirety. These lists were then used, in their varying specificity, to make a ‘replica’ of the capsule.
